Give us a call at Bizaillion, and we’ll come out and give you an estimate on getting your floors looking shiny and new. 817-681-0866.

In the meantime, we’re happy to give you a sneak peek of the hottest new flooring trends for 2023. New flooring is a great way to update your home and give it a fresh new look. And let’s face it, after being stuck at home most of 2020 and 2021, we can all use a bit of a makeover.

Natural Stone Flooring Trends

From flagstone to limestone and sandstone, natural stone flooring is a beautiful addition to any home. Natural stone is durable and versatile, offering an array of colors to warm up your home. Large flagstone tiles have been used for centuries and have stood the test of time because of their hard-wearing properties and timeless beauty. The free length or random length tiles give the flagstone a modern look and allow them to work in any size room.

Limestone complements most color schemes with its natural beige and warm-toned grey hues. It’s perfect for both interior and exterior and comes in a variety of sizes and finishes. The beauty of limestone is that no two tiles are exactly the same, adding depth and character to any space. Buff sandstone tiles can also be used inside or outside and offer a unique texture and neutral tones to warm up your kitchen or dining room and work perfectly with your farmhouse or country style home.

Brick Flooring Trends

The next trend we’re loving is brick flooring. From French country to industrial spaces and modern to traditional, brick is a timeless choice. Brick floors are practical and durable and offer a relaxed feel to your home. When sealed properly, they’re also easy to clean. You can use brick pavers for a traditional brick look or clay tiles cut and laid to look like brick to achieve the same effect. Brick flooring can be expensive, but it’s an investment in your home that will stand the test of time.

Porcelain and Ceramic Tile Flooring Trends

Finally, porcelain and ceramic tile are making a comeback with their ability to mimic other mediums, such as marble, stone and even wood. Tile manufacturers are able to create dramatic marble looks with vivid colors, veining and even gold detailing that give your indoor space an elegance and richness that would be much more costly with actual marble.

Advanced technologies also allow manufacturers to create dimension, shape, structure and depth that can give your space an artful and even three-dimensional appearance. And you’d be hard-pressed to tell the difference between these porcelain tiles and actual stone, wood or marble.
